Current official 275-seat 787-9 V2 map: every seat identifier, cabin count, Skycouch block, exit row, bassinet marker, screen size, pitch, recline and power detail.
Top-down/interactive schematic proves the row grid but not real window-to-seat alignment.

Official LOPA notice: five 275-seat and nine 302-seat 787-9s before retrofit; all 14 existing aircraft to become 272 seats.
The nine/five split predates the rolling retrofit and is not used as a current fleetCount.

3 July 2026 fleet update: 14 existing 787-9s, all due to complete retrofit by end-2026, while two new aircraft are due only by year-end.

Configuration-specific published cabin counts, numbered positions, and explicitly stated seat-level products, measurements and amenities.
Only explicit numbered DOM entries establish every printed row/letter. Static maps use repeated column labels and numbered drawn positions; they do not print every seat letter. Window alignment, manufacturer hardware and exact operating-tail assignments are not established by these diagrams.

2026 annual results slides 8 and38: nine of fourteen existing 787 retrofits complete; remaining planned by November 2026; dated 30 June 2026 separate brand subfleet counts. Slide 7 documents changing short-term lease fleet.
Counts are dated, not a live 1 October 2026 tail census. 9/14 is programme completion at presentation time; no exact current old 275/302 split or retired 777 tail is specified.

Air New Zealand’s published 787-9 V2 map is transcribed seat-for-seat: 27 Business Premier in rows 1-9; 33 Premium Economy in rows 23-27; and 215 Economy in rows 35-61. The airline’s 2024 LOPA notice identifies five aircraft in this 275-seat layout before retrofit work began. No current subfleet count is asserted because the conversion is in progress. Economy Skycouch is recorded only in zone and seat notes—its seats remain Economy. The six row46 Exit Row seats remain standard Y within Air New Zealand’s published215-seat Economy cabin; their From78cm pitch is a lower bound, not an exact physical pitch or extra-space proof. No 787 window grid is bound, and window alignment remains unknown; explicit limited-or-no-window disclosures for45K,57A and57K are recorded in seat notes without deciding which physical condition applies. AUDIT 2026-10-01: Current configuration-specific numbered map and explicit seat disclosures reviewed. Complete current tail, window and monument audit remains partial; see docs/audit-australia-new-zealand-2026-10-01/NZ.json. Historical full verification date retained. Exit designation and restrictions are retained; no canonical extra-legroom tier or positive rating is inferred solely from an Exit Row label.
Co się zmieniło
- 3 paź 2026Removed unsupported relative price ranks from Economy Skycouch zones. Published product names, rows, explicit paid or conversion disclosures, seat positions, ratings, dimensions, counts, dates and all earlier history preserved. No free selection is inferred.
- 3 paź 2026Removed unproven Exit Row premium fee tier and added the published further-recline-may-be-limited disclosures for27A/27B/27J/27K; retained numeric dimensions, positions, counts, restrictions, dates and earlier history.
- 3 paź 2026After actual exact-file review, corrected source-specific seat disclosures, assigned-type claims and schematic source anchors where supported; retained every numbered seat position, published exit restrictions, verification dates and earlier history. Exit Row alone no longer implies extra legroom or a positive rating in the scoped unproven configurations.
- 3 paź 2026Applied independently scoped source corrections: added 7 explicit native-map monuments as derived schematic anchors; no measured distance, exact bassinet host seat or whole-row restriction inferred. Preserved historical verification date and prior changelog. Root source-versus-render inspection and final actual model review remain required.
- 1 paź 2026Australia/New Zealand primary audit: rechecked current official map; Removed unsourced regulatory exitType classifications; door positions retained as diagram anchors. Removed unsupported legacy AC/USB-A connector taxonomy; generic power availability remains sourced. Corrected exit-row pitch disclosure to the configuration-specific published lower bound; no exact value fabricated. Complete configuration verification remains partial.
