Cabins/rows/seat letters read from Emirates' official seating-chart SVGs (every seat enumerated). Marked retrofit_source with successorPlanned: Emirates plans to retrofit the two-class jets to a three-class layout adding Premium Economy (that config is not yet published, so no supersededBy target file yet).
