delta.com labels this aircraft configuration '3NE' and publishes per-cabin counts and seat width/pitch: Delta First 20 (21 in width, 37 in pitch, 2-2), Delta Comfort 60 (18 in, 33-34 in, 3-3), Delta Main 114 (18 in, 31 in, 3-3) = 194, plus 8 exits, 2 galleys and 4 lavatories, all confirmed by the aircraft page (snapshot archived). The Delta News Hub confirms the 20/60/114 split as the STANDARD A321neo layout and memory-foam cushioning fleet-wide. ROW GRID IS DERIVED: with 20 First (rows 1-5, 2-2), 60 Comfort (rows 6-15, 3-3) and 114 Main (rows 16-34, 3-3), row numbering, cabin boundaries, the two Airbus Cabin Flex overwing exit rows and the wing span are inferred from the published counts and the A321neo ACF door geometry (data/window-grids/a321neo.json: two Type III+ overwing exits at fuselage stations ~545 and ~585 in).
