The per-cabin split 44 Polaris / 21 Premium Plus / 54 Economy Plus / 199 Economy = 318 is from Wikipedia's United fleet table (neutral), whose 787-10 row is a single configuration (its "orders converted from 787-9, deliveries begin 2028" footnote refers to the 56 aircraft ON ORDER, which will be delivered in United's newer "Elevated" interior, not to a second config of the 21 currently flying).
