Live Croatia Airlines Q400 fleet page: the type remains published, lists CQC, CQD, CQE, and CQF, and links the separately archived official 76-seat drawing.
The live page still says four aircraft, but the newer numeric 31 March 2026 report says three operational Q400s and explicitly says CQD was non-operational. Under the conflicting-primary-source rule, the dated report controls fleetCount and CQD is excluded from the operational registrations.

Official January-March 2026 report: at 31 March the operational fleet comprised six A220-300s (894 seats), two A220-100s (254 seats), four A319s (576 seats), and three Q400s (228 seats), all on long-term operating leases. It also says seven A220 deliveries were expected during 2026, identifies CQA and CQD as non-operational Q400s being prepared for return, and says Q400 flying was declining as the type was progressively withdrawn.
Fleet counts are explicitly dated 31 March 2026. They establish active OU-operated types and installed totals, not the row grids; current A220 counts are updated by the live fleet pages.

It identifies CQA and CQD as non-operational and being prepared for return, and CQB as returned in January; reconciling that with the live page's CQC/CQD/CQE/CQF list yields operational registrations CQC/CQE/CQF. The live page's undated count of four is weaker than the newer explicit numeric report and is not used. PUBLISHED LAYOUT: partial row 1 A/C; full A/C-D/F rows 2-12 and 14-20; partial row 21 D/F; row 13 omitted; total 76. PRODUCT MODELING: the map identifies no fixed Business divider, blocked-neighbour pattern, paid zone, or physically distinct seat product, so all installed positions remain one Economy-tier cabin.
