delta.com labels this aircraft configuration '3NP' and publishes per-cabin counts and seat width/pitch: Delta First 44 (21 in width, 38 in pitch, 2-2), Delta Comfort 54 (18 in, 34 in, 3-3), Delta Main 66 (18 in, 31-32 in, 3-3) = 164, plus 8 exits, 2 galleys and 4 lavatories (snapshot archived). The Delta News Hub confirms this is a LIMITED-EDITION layout: seven of Delta's newest A321neos entered service from May 2026 with First doubled to 44 seats and 54 Delta Comfort seats, as an interim arrangement while Delta awaits delivery of lie-flat First suites for these aircraft (hence status retrofit_source + successorPlanned). ROW GRID IS DERIVED: 44 First (rows 1-11, 2-2), 54 Comfort (rows 12-20, 3-3), 66 Main (rows 21-31, 3-3); row numbering, cabin boundaries, the two Airbus Cabin Flex overwing exit rows and the wing span are inferred from the counts and A321neo ACF door geometry (overwing Type III+ exits at stations ~545 and ~585 in). Because the First cabin is unusually long here (11 rows), projecting pitch back from Door 1 places both overwing exit rows INSIDE Delta First (rows 10 and 11), with row 9 just ahead (limited recline) — an operationally unusual but geometry-driven placement; exact rows may differ from Delta's actual map. windowAlignment left 'unknown' on all window seats (derived grid; no published windowless seat on this Airbus type).
