Citilink's A320-200 NEO diagram publishes 30 complete 3-3 rows across display range 1-31; the airline's numeric table fixes 42 Green Zone plus 138 Regular Zone seats, and its row-zone table fixes Green Zone rows 1-5/12/14 and Regular Zone rows 6-31 excluding 12/14. These sources reconcile exactly when row 13 is omitted, yielding 180 installed seats. Green Zone rows 1-5 use the published 29-inch pitch and exit rows 12/14 use 38 inches; Regular Zone uses 28 inches. The exact a320neo engineering window grid is bound, but the airline diagram does not draw window apertures, so alignments remain unknown unless the repository classifier applies a high-confidence structural blank. The hinted 186-seat neo is BLOCKED: no permitted source found for a current Citilink 186-seat neo, while Citilink's own page and diagram support 180.
