Biman's official Dash 8 page lists five registrations and publishes 74 Economy seats for each; Biman's government History & Activities page (last updated 7 July 2025) independently retains five Dash 8-400s in the current fleet. Bombardier's Q400 Airport Planning Manual publishes an exact-count standard 74-seat drawing: one forward side pair plus eighteen full 2-2 rows (2 + 18 x 4 = 74). This representative grid combines the Biman counts with that manufacturer geometry.
