Avianca's ESG Annex states that B787 reconfiguration increased capacity from 250 to 291 seats.
The annex publishes only the before/after totals, not the cabin split or row map.

Official Avianca Europe product material states 291 total seats and a 3-3-3 Economy layout on the Boeing 787.
Spanish source. It establishes the total and Economy abreast layout, not per-cabin counts or row positions.

A current official Avianca guide independently confirms 291 seats on the Boeing 787 used for Europe.
Spanish source; total only.

Current official product page identifies the B787 and A320-A319 seat families and their location, recline, headrest, entertainment-screen/streaming, and USB-A/USB-C features; it places single-aisle Business Class in rows 1-3.
The page is a product guide, not a seat map. It warns that some aircraft do not yet have final seats and features may vary.

Avianca identifies Insignia on Boeing 787 aircraft and says its Business seats recline fully flat.
The release does not publish seat count, abreast layout, or row positions.

Zodiac Aerospace identifies Avianca as a recipient of its Cirrus business seat.
Historical manufacturer evidence supports the product family only; the current count and row grid come from other sources and are marked derived.

Avianca says some A319s remain, more A320neo and A320ceo aircraft entered, the 787 fleet grew, and its entire A321 group left the operation.
This is a fleet-strategy article, not a per-tail fleet list or cabin map.

Current neutral fleet table reports exact cabin splits: A319 12J/48N/84Y; A320ceo and A320neo 12J/60N/108Y; standard 787-8 20J/36N/235Y; former-Norwegian 787-8 32J/259Y.
The fleet section displays a more-citations-needed warning. Primary Avianca sources independently establish the seat totals and current fleet families; this source is used for the per-cabin splits, not row positions.

CURRENT DENSIFIED CONFIG: Avianca's 2024 ESG Annex explicitly states that B787 aircraft were reconfigured from 250 to 291 seats, and current official Europe material independently publishes 291 seats. This supersedes the official fleet page's stale 'up to 250' text. The neutral current fleet table supplies the exact 20J/36N/235Y split. Avianca's current seat page identifies Insignia flatbeds, Plus, and Economy, and the official Europe guide publishes 3-3-3 Economy. DERIVED GRID: Zodiac/Safran identifies Avianca as a Cirrus customer; 20 Cirrus reverse-herringbone seats are represented as five 1-2-1 rows. The 36 Plus seats are four full forward 3-3-3 rows. Standard Economy is 26 full 3-3-3 rows (234) plus one explicitly representational seat solely to reconcile 235; row numbers, the stub position, boundaries, exits, wing, and monuments are not published and may not match an airframe. All cabins are derived:true. No exact 787-8 engineering window grid exists in data/window-grids, so windowGridType is omitted and all window positions remain unknown. The separate active former-Norwegian C32Y259 291-seat subfleet is not emitted because permitted evidence establishes counts but not enough present-day Avianca geometry to create a second same-filename-total map without guessing.
