The current Volaris Mexico customer service plan publishes seating diagrams for A320 aircraft with 174, 179, 180 and 186 passenger seats and A321 aircraft with 220, 230 and 239 passenger seats; the diagrams show the exact 3-3 row grids, partial rows, exits and lavatory areas.

The PDF was created 21 October 2025 and labels diagrams only as A320 or A321, without assigning ceo versus neo engines. Current type assignment is therefore reconciled with the 1Q26 fleet page and current neutral airframe records. The diagrams do not publish seat pitch, width, recline, hardware model, paid-seat zones or window alignment.

    Volaris Investor Relations reports that its 1Q26 fleet included 43 A320ceos averaging 179 seats, 64 A320neos averaging 186 seats, 10 A321ceos averaging 228 seats and 38 A321neos averaging 238 seats.

The page publishes type-level fleet counts and rounded average seats, not per-configuration fleet counts or registrations. It supports current type status and reconciliation of multiple capacities, but no fleetCount is assigned to an individual layout.

The N537VL airframe record identifies an active Volaris A321neo in Y230 configuration, last updated 21 June 2026.

The live page returned HTTP 403 to direct fetch and could not be archived; this limited claim is cited from the current search-result extract only.

Cómo se construyó este mapa

CURRENT CONFIG: the active N537VL record assigns Y230 to an A321neo. Volaris reports 38 A321neos averaging 238 seats in 1Q26, consistent with the published 230-seat layout coexisting with the 239-seat layout. PUBLISHED GRID: rows 1-39 are 3-3 except rows 10 and 24, each with only B-E at an exit-door pair; total 37×6 + 4 + 4 = 230. This is the baseline four-door A321 diagram, not the ACF 239-seat diagram. The official diagram shows one uniform 3-3 passenger cabin; no premium cabin boundary is drawn, so every enumerated seat resolves to Economy. It does not publish seat hardware, dimensions, recline, paid-seat zones or window alignment, so none is invented. All ratings remain standard because the map alone does not establish a concrete seat-level benefit or drawback. Exit and lavatory furniture is transcribed from the diagram; no wing band is asserted. The config code is a SeatLink type/capacity disambiguator, not a claimed Volaris internal code. The variant-exact a321neo engineering grid is bound as required, but its ACF exit anchors do not replace the airline's published baseline-door furniture; because the grid has no structural blanks, every window position remains unknown after classifier review.
