The official fleet page lists 22 A320ceo aircraft with capacity up to 186 passengers, 22 A320neo aircraft with capacity up to 186, 9 A321ceo aircraft with capacity up to 220, and 30 A321neo aircraft with capacity up to 240.
The live page was unavailable from the research environment, so the snapshot is the raw Wayback capture dated 2025-11-17. The page says 'up to' and does not provide tail assignments, a seat map, row numbering, seat dimensions, or cabin-zone details.

The A321 Aircraft Characteristics document publishes generic six-abreast single-class A321neo planning examples, including a 220-passenger non-ACF example and a 244-passenger A321neo-ACF example (FIGURE-2-4-1-991-011-A01). Neither is a Viva 240-seat numbered seat map.
This source supports only generic aircraft and six-abreast layout context. The retained 40 full rows are derived from the historical up-to-240 capacity, not from a manufacturer or airline row diagram. These examples do not establish whether Viva uses ACF or non-ACF exit arrangements; no pitch, monument or exit installation is transplanted.

Audit 2026-10-01: retained historical 240-seat configuration is derived from the earlier fleet-page capacity and generic Airbus geometry, never a Viva numbered map. The archived older up-to capacity is not freshly reverified because the current English fleet endpoint returns503 and the Spanish endpoint returns only an Angular shell. Official June2026 fleet totals are A320ceo32/A320neo29/A321ceo12/A321neo36 (109 total excluding short-term ACMIs), not counts of this specific configuration. Earlier fleetCount removed to avoid treating type counts as verified installed-capacity counts. Complete numbered airline seat map unavailable: every retained row and partial row remains count-derived; Current exact capacity per tail/subfleet not bound: baseline up-to186/220/240 claims are archived historical fleet-page evidence; Generic tariff does not establish ceo/neo-specific exit installation or complete geometry; Pitch, width, recline, hardware, amenities, wing extents, monuments and per-seat products remain unpublished; Current type inventory includes grounded aircraft and excludes short-term ACMIs; no configuration-specific fleet count asserted. The proposed Viva/Volaris combination remains conditional and preserves separate brands/AOCs; no merger-derived configuration changes made. Status and original verification date retained with the stated limits; no complete configuration certification.
