Official current A321neo diagram publishes 8 Business seats in rows 1-2 and 199 Economy seats in rows 31-64, including partial rows 53-54, four exit pairs, bassinets, lavatories, and galleys.
The schematic does not draw aircraft windows. The variant-exact a321neo engineering grid is bound and is the only source allowed to classify structural window blanks.

The current airline index presents one A321neo card, and the current neutral fleet table and an active-airframe record corroborate 8J/199Y, so no second active A321neo configuration was found. The parent page lists 93 Juneyao Air A320-family aircraft without a variant/config split, so no fleetCount is asserted. 9 Air is separately identified and excluded.
