Current fleet and tail evidence identifies the flying A320ceo configuration as C12Y144 = 156. Dated records show 4K-AZ83 changed from C20Y126 to C12Y144 in February 2026 and 4K-AZ80 changed from Y174 to C12Y144 in June 2025, so AZAL's published 146- and 174-seat capacities are historical rather than additional current layouts. No current airline row map was found. Three 2-2 Business rows 1-3 and twenty-four 3-3 Economy rows 14-37 are therefore DERIVED from the verified counts, AZAL's own published A320 column convention and its sparse cabin numbering. Cabin positions and every display row are marked derived; no exit, monument, fee-zone or seat-specific product claims are asserted.
