Avianca's ESG Annex states that B787 reconfiguration increased capacity from 250 to 291 seats.
The annex publishes only the before/after totals, not the cabin split or row map.

Official Avianca Europe product material states 291 total seats and a 3-3-3 Economy layout on the Boeing 787.
Spanish source. It establishes the total and Economy abreast layout, not per-cabin counts or row positions.

A current official Avianca guide independently confirms 291 seats on the Boeing 787 used for Europe.
Archived Spanish Europe-route product guide also states 20 Business Class seats on Barcelona, London and Paris Boeing 787 flights, Insignia 180-degree recline, USB charging and a universal power outlet. This is dated route/product evidence, not a complete seat map or current per-tail installation proof. The generic seat-page capture advertises USB-A/USB-C without mentioning AC; the difference is recorded rather than asserting universal AC installation on this derived configuration.

Current official product page identifies the B787 and A320-A319 seat families and their location, recline, headrest, entertainment-screen/streaming, and USB-A/USB-C features; it places single-aisle Business Class in rows 1-3.
The page is a product guide, not a seat map. It warns that some aircraft do not yet have final seats and features may vary.

Avianca identifies Insignia on Boeing 787 aircraft and says its Business seats recline fully flat.
The release does not publish seat count, abreast layout, or row positions.

Zodiac Aerospace identifies Avianca as a recipient of its Cirrus business seat.
Historical manufacturer evidence supports the product family only; the current count and row grid come from other sources and are marked derived.

Avianca says some A319s remain, more A320neo and A320ceo aircraft entered, the 787 fleet grew, and its entire A321 group left the operation.
This is a fleet-strategy article, not a per-tail fleet list or cabin map.

Archived neutral fleet table prints C (Business), W (Premium), Y+ (Plus) and Y (Economy) columns: A319 C dash/W12/Y+48/Y84 (144 total); shared A320-200/A320neo C dash/W12/Y+60/Y108 (180 total); standard 787-8 C20/W dash/Y+36/Y235 (291 total); former-Norwegian 787-8 C32/W dash/Y+ dash/Y259 (291 total). Narrow-body cabinSummary J classification follows Avianca Business Class Americas product naming, rather than the neutral table column label.
The archived fleet section displays a more-citations-needed warning. Primary Avianca evidence independently corroborates the 787 total of 291 seats and the named fleet families; this does not corroborate the shared A320neo 180-seat total included in this source claim. The ESG annex lists A320N incorporation separately from generic A320 reconfiguration from 150 to 180. This neutral source supplies per-cabin splits, not row positions; the neo total and split remain neutral-source claims without an exact primary subfleet binding.

CURRENT DENSIFIED CONFIG: Avianca's 2024 ESG Annex explicitly states that B787 aircraft were reconfigured from 250 to 291 seats, and current official Europe material independently publishes 291 seats. This supersedes the official fleet page's stale 'up to 250' text. The neutral current fleet table supplies the exact 20J/36N/235Y split. Avianca's current seat page identifies Insignia flatbeds, Plus, and Economy, and the official Europe guide publishes 3-3-3 Economy. DERIVED GRID: Zodiac/Safran identifies Avianca as a Cirrus customer; 20 Cirrus reverse-herringbone seats are represented as five 1-2-1 rows. The 36 Plus seats are four full forward 3-3-3 rows. Standard Economy is 26 full 3-3-3 rows (234) plus one explicitly representational seat solely to reconcile 235; row numbers, the stub position, boundaries, exits, wing, and monuments are not published and may not match an airframe. All cabins are derived:true. No exact 787-8 engineering window grid exists in data/window-grids, so windowGridType is omitted and all window positions remain unknown. The separate active former-Norwegian C32Y259 291-seat subfleet is not emitted because permitted evidence establishes counts but not enough present-day Avianca geometry to create a second same-filename-total map without guessing. 2026-10-01 audit: official main-site fleet/product/news retrievals were HTTP403; issuer page confirms group passenger Airbus-family/B787 fleet, without type-specific installed cabins or legal-operator assignment. Prior source totals/product claims remain dated historical evidence, not fresh complete verification. No current numbered topology has been established. Colombia/Ecuador versus Central American operator binding, former-Norwegian 787 cabin split, transitional A320neo products and temporary Wamos wetlease cabins require separate authoritative maps. Existing derived topology is retained as baseline only; the 787 one-seat count-reconciliation stub is not a verified physical seat location. PRODUCT LIMIT: the archived July 17, 2026 seat-page observation explicitly says some aircraft do not yet have final seats and their features may vary. Advertised hardware, recline, charging and entertainment are dated generic product evidence, not verified installations on this derived configuration or a specific tail. The archived Europe-route guide also lists 20 Business seats for Barcelona, London and Paris flights, 180-degree Insignia recline, USB charging and a universal outlet. These dated product/route claims do not certify every current tail; the seat-page capture lists USB-A/USB-C without AC. Universal AC is recorded as source context rather than added as an installed fitting to this derived map.
