Per-cabin counts, class row ranges, and the exit/lavatory/no-recline/no-window seat lists are published on JAL's official 787-8 aircraft page; abreast layouts (business 2-2-2, economy 2-4-2 eight-abreast) are read from JAL's published E03 seat-map diagram. Corroborated by Wikipedia's JAL fleet table (30J/176Y=206). DERIVED (layoutProvenance mixed): exact row NUMBERS between the published anchor rows are constructed to reproduce the published totals; business modeled as rows 1,2,3 forward + 7,8 aft (5x6=30); economy as front rows 18-28 (11x8=88) + rear rows 45-55 (11x8=88) = 176 (a clean 22 full eight-abreast rows).
