Iberia's original A350-900 has 348 seats: 31 full lie-flat Business, 24 Premium Economy and 293 Economy.

Current Iberia fleet page identifies the A350 and states 348 seats; it links the airline's seating-plan asset.
The generic fleet page does not enumerate the coexisting A350 Next 352-seat configuration, so it is used only for the classic total/current fleet-page presence.

Official corporate-media seating-plan image for the classic A350, showing cabin order, row numbering, staggered Business, 2-4-2 Premium Economy, 3-3-3 Economy and monument/door zones.
The available publisher image is only 1536x200 pixels and does not print cabin totals. Exact Economy omissions were reconciled to Airbus's explicit 293-seat count; raw bytes were recovered from a Wayback snapshot of Iberia's original corporate asset because the live media host was blocked.

Current A350/New Generation A350 cabin specifications: lie-flat Business up to 2 m, Premium Economy pitch/width/recline, Economy pitch/width/recline, screens, power, Internet and Next-specific Bluetooth/USB-C.
Some dimensions are published as aircraft-family ranges rather than subfleet-specific values; those ranges are preserved rather than assigned to individual rows.

Neutral current fleet-table cross-check lists Iberia's 348-seat, 352-seat Next and 334-seat leased A350-900 groups, including registrations and cabin splits.
Used only to cross-check coexistence; airline/manufacturer sources control the capacity claims in each config.

CURRENT CLASSIC CONFIG. Airbus publishes 31J/24W/293Y=348 and Iberia publishes the low-resolution classic seating-plan image. Business rows 1-8 and Premium Economy rows 12-15 are read from that image. The image establishes Economy's rows 21-54, 3-3-3 pattern and major reduced rows, but is too low-resolution to enumerate every seat reliably and prints no totals; Economy is therefore explicitly DERIVED and reconciled to Airbus's authoritative 293: rows 21-35 full (135), row 36 outer triples (6), row 37 reduced 2-3-2 (7), rows 38-52 full (135), row 53 outer triples (6), row 54 outer pairs (4), total 293. Row 36 and row 53 centre omissions are reconciliation judgments, not independently published seat assignments. Furniture follows the published schematic; window alignment remains unknown because a schematic does not prove real window placement. No retrofit relationship is encoded: permitted current sources show both capacities flying, but no official source establishes that the classic aircraft are currently being converted to Next.
What changed
- Jul 14, 2026Initial Iberia classic A350-900 config: 31 Business / 24 Premium Economy / 293 Economy = 348; mixed provenance from Airbus's exact counts and Iberia's published seating-plan image.
