The total is 24 + 39 + 147 + 147 + 10 = 367. The current English page labels Economy rows 16-20 as Premium Economy on domestic services but classifies the identical seats as Economy internationally; Vietnam Airlines' 2024 delivery release calls the aircraft two-class, so this is modeled as a route-dependent zone inside Economy rather than a distinct Premium Economy cabin or aircraft configuration.
