This is the only Scene7 raster that resolves for the 787-8 and it PREDATES the Club Suite retrofit — it shows the superseded Club World business product (2-3-2), so it is used only for airframe/monument geometry, not the current business layout or the per-cabin counts. BA labels its maps representative; per-tail layouts may vary. The Club-Suite-era slug boeing-787-8-full-plane-seat-map returns 'Unable to find image'.

Per-cabin counts (31 Club Suite / 37 World Traveller Plus / 136 World Traveller = 204; no First) are READ from the Wikipedia British Airways fleet table (NEUTRAL), which lists 12 Boeing 787-8 in service, all 'Retrofitted Club Suites'. THE ROW GRID IS DERIVED (layoutProvenance derived_from_counts): British Airways does NOT publish a Club Suite seat map for the 787-8 — the Scene7 slug 'boeing-787-8-full-plane-seat-map' (the Club-Suite-era naming) returns 'Unable to find image', and the only Scene7 raster that resolves, 'boeing-787-8-full-seatmap', still shows the SUPERSEDED Club World product (2-3-2 yin-yang business), not Club Suite. That legacy map (PRIMARY) is therefore used only for airframe geometry that the retrofit did not change: four door pairs (Door 1 forward; Door 2 mid-forward behind the first business rows; Door 3 mid-aft in economy; Door 4 aft), the forward galley/lavatory complex, the mid-cabin galley/lavatory complex, the wheelchair-accessible lavatory and carry-cot positions, and the World Traveller Plus 2-3-2 and World Traveller 3-3-3 cross-sections. The Club Suite cabin is reconstructed from the count (31) using British Airways' 787-9 Club Suite conventions (Collins Aerospace Super Diamond reverse-herringbone 1-2-1, columns A/E/F/K, window suites angled outboard, centre pairs with a shared divider): rows 1-7 full 1-2-1 (28) plus a partial rear row 8 of 3 (the right-hand window suite replaced by a galley module) to reconcile the odd count; Door 2 sits behind row 3. World Traveller Plus is 2-3-2 rows 10-15: rows 10-14 full seven-abreast (35, row 10 the bulkhead/carry-cot row) plus a partial rear row 15 of 2 where the mid-cabin galley/lavatories take the centre and right. World Traveller is 3-3-3 rows 20-35: row 20 the bulkhead extra-legroom row, rows 27-28 the extra-legroom exit rows flanking Door 3, rows 21-33 full nine-abreast, then an aft taper (row 34 seven-abreast with the outboard windows dropped, row 35 centre-only D/E/F). The exact forward/rear split of the business cabin, the partial-row seat positions, the WTP/WT row boundaries and the exit-row placement are INFERRED to fit the published counts and standard 787-8 door geometry, not read from a Club Suite map — hence derived_from_counts and windowAlignment 'unknown' on every window seat.
