PUBLISHED BOOKING GRID: partial row 1 has A-C only; rows 2-12, 14-15 and 20-37 are full 3-3 rows, totaling 189 installed positions. Five E middles in rows 2-6 are installed Stretch+ seats intentionally kept empty, leaving 184 sellable. PRODUCT RECONCILIATION: the map itself marks 54 installed Stretch-family positions; Avelo separately publishes 57. Seats 5A-C are the deterministic three-seat forward-block reconciliation and are marked seatTypeInferred; the captured map labels those three Standard, so their Stretch assignment should be revisited when Avelo publishes a fully reconciled map. This changes product assignment, not topology. EXIT/WING GEOMETRY: rows 20-21 are marked over-wing from the published bilateral exit markers and the variant-exact 737-800 engineering grid; exit grades are not asserted.
