Rows 14, 15 and 32 lack manual recline; some airframes use fixed pre-reclined seats. SOURCE CONFLICT: the numeric table says 189 but the diagram depicts 32 full rows (192). Explicit numeric count wins; row 32 is reconciled to ABC only and marked derived, because WestJet does not identify the omitted triple. layoutProvenance=mixed and representative=true.
