PUBLISHED (delta.com A220-300 aircraft page, 'dc-expansion' configuration): per-cabin seat counts (Delta First 12, Delta Comfort 43, Delta Main 75 = 130), seat width/pitch, under-seat dimensions, and the aircraft-wide amenity set (Wi-Fi, USB in-seat power, in-seat AC power outlet, Personal Video, Satellite TV) shown identically for all three cabins. PUBLISHED (official Delta LOPA seat-map image, desktop): the full row grid — Delta First 2-2 on columns A/B|C/D (rows 1-3), Delta Comfort and Delta Main in a 2-3 layout on A/B|C/D/E (Comfort rows 10-18, Main rows 19-33), the single over-wing exit row (row 17) with seats A and E removed for the exit passage, the forward closet/galley/lavatory monuments, the aft galley and lavatories, and the Delta Main 'Preferred' seats (rows 19-23, marked on the LOPA). INFERRED: the over-wing exit row (17) is modeled with the standard evacuation restrictions (no infants / unaccompanied minors); the LOPA does not print per-seat recline limits, so no recline restriction is asserted on the exit row itself.
