Tigerair Taiwan's 2025 Annual Report, published 31 March 2026, states that the 2025 fleet comprised nine A320 and eight A320neo aircraft; calls the current A320 fleet 180-seat; describes the new A320neo cabin's RECARO 3530SWIFT seats, USB charging ports and tablet holders; and places the first A321neo delivery no earlier than 2028.
The report does not map the RECARO 3530SWIFT seat to specific registrations or say that every currently operating A320neo has that hardware, so hardwareModel is deliberately omitted. It does not publish a complete row-by-row seat map.

Official seat-selection page identifies Tigercomfort seats in rows 1, 12 and 13 and explicitly says they have extra foot space; Tigerquicker occupies rows 2-4; Tigerbuddy occupies rows 5-11 and 14-30.
Japanese-language localization of Tigerair Taiwan's official 2023 service page, still live when retrieved. It publishes row zones but not individual seat letters, a complete cabin drawing, pitch, width, recline, monuments or window positions.

Airbus states that Tigerair Taiwan currently operates 17 A320 Family aircraft, split into nine A320ceo and eight A320neo, and that its four 232-seat A321neos were newly ordered rather than in service.
Fleet/configuration scope only; this release does not describe the A320 cabin grid. Tigerair Taiwan's later annual report gives 233 seats for the future A321neo, a future-only discrepancy irrelevant to the active A320 maps.

The A320 Aircraft Characteristics document publishes a typical A320-200/A320neo single-class high-density interior with 180 passenger seats at six abreast and documents the shared door and paired over-wing-exit geometry used by the exact variant window grids.
Manufacturer-typical layout used only to support six-abreast reconstruction and exact window-grid binding. Tigerair's own sources control its 180-seat count and row-zone numbering; the Airbus typical 28/29-inch pitch is not asserted as Tigerair-specific.

CURRENT VERIFIED A320NEO CONFIGURATION. Tigerair Taiwan's 2025 Annual Report calls the current A320 fleet 180-seat, and Airbus independently reported the active fleet as nine A320ceo and eight A320neo on 4 February 2026. Tigerair's published seat-selection zones cover every displayed row from 1 through 30: Tigercomfort rows 1, 12 and 13; Tigerquicker rows 2-4; and Tigerbuddy rows 5-11 and 14-30. The Japanese official localization explicitly says Tigercomfort has extra foot space, so its 18 seats resolve to extra-legroom Economy (18N); location-only Tigerquicker and standard Tigerbuddy resolve to Economy (162Y). DERIVED_FROM_COUNTS: Airbus publishes a typical 180-seat, six-abreast single-class interior for both A320-200 and A320neo; SeatRecon therefore reconstructs 30 complete 3-3 rows, with conventional A-F letters, from Tigerair's 180-seat count and exhaustive 1-30 row zones. The Tigerair page identifies rows 12 and 13 as emergency-exit rows; the exit-door row anchors are therefore retained, while other monuments, wing span, row-specific pitch, recline and window apertures are not asserted. Every reconstructed row and the cabin are marked derived. The exact a320neo engineering grid is bound, but ordinary window positions remain unknown unless the repository classifier applies a high-confidence structural blank. Tigerair's 2025 Annual Report describes RECARO 3530SWIFT seats with USB charging and tablet holders on new A320neo aircraft, but it does not map that hardware to every one of the eight active A320neos; hardwareModel and fleet-wide amenities are therefore not asserted. Tigerair's first A321neo is not expected before 2028 and is outside current scope.
