Official current diagram shared by the A320neo and A320ceo cards publishes 8 Business seats in rows 1-2 and 156 Economy seats in rows 31-56, along with two over-wing exit pairs, bassinets, lavatories, and galleys.
The schematic does not draw aircraft windows. The applicable variant-exact a320neo or a320ceo engineering grid is bound and is the only source allowed to classify structural window blanks.

Exit rows 38 and 39 are immediately behind the two published over-wing exit pairs and receive physical extra-legroom flags without being reclassified into a marketed extra-legroom cabin. The hinted 8J/150Y=158 A320-family layout is not current evidence for this type and is not fabricated. The current airline index presents one A320neo card, so no second active A320neo configuration was found.
