  • Royal Air MarocPRIMARY SOURCERetrieved Jul 17, 2026

    Current official cabin-plan page explicitly publishes B787-9 26C/276Y and B787-8 18C/256Y configurations.

The live HTML incorrectly points both 787 labels to the 787-8 PDF. The cabin counts are explicit page text; only the 787-8 link supplies a usable drawing.

  • Royal Air MarocPRIMARY SOURCERetrieved Jul 17, 2026

Current official fleet page lists Boeing 787-9 capacity as 302 / 320 seats and Boeing 787-8 capacity as 274 seats.

The page lists five 787-8s while the current English Wikipedia revision lists six; it is used for currently advertised capacities, not a per-configuration 787-8 fleet count.

  • BoeingPRIMARY SOURCERetrieved Jul 17, 2026

Manufacturer first-delivery release states the Royal Air Maroc 787-9 carries 302 passengers and its new Business interior offers full-flat and full-privacy modes.

Confirms total capacity and product mode, but not the 26/276 split, row map, seat letters, dimensions or hardware model.

Official long-haul Business page describes seats adjustable to a bed position with a privacy shell and massage function, individual 15.3-inch screens, USB ports and electrical outlets.

Product-level page rather than a variant-specific specification; used only for features common to RAM's standard long-haul Business product, not row geometry or dimensions.

    Neutral fleet table lists 787-8 at 18 Business / 256 Economy / 274 total, four 787-9s at 26 / 276 / 302, and two 787-9s at 16 / 304 / 320.

Neutral fleet-table corroboration; Royal Air Maroc primary sources control advertised capacities and the permitted airline maps control row geometry.

How this map was built

CURRENT STANDARD CONFIGURATION: Royal Air Maroc's live cabin-plan page explicitly publishes 26 Business / 276 Economy = 302, the live fleet page advertises 302 and 320 as the two 787-9 capacities, Boeing's first-delivery release states 302 total, and the neutral fleet table lists four 302-seat aircraft plus two 320-seat aircraft. NO USABLE RAM 787-9 MAP: the live cabin-plan HTML points both its 787-9 and 787-8 labels to the 787-8 PDF, so the 787-8 drawing is not reused here. The row grid is therefore DERIVED_FROM_COUNTS. Business is represented as six full four-position rows plus a two-seat reconciliation row (24+2=26); this four-position geometry, row numbers and letters are modeling inferences, not a RAM-published 1-2-1 assignment. Economy is thirty full nine-abreast rows plus one six-seat reconciliation row (270+6=276); all row numbers, letters, the partial-row position and cabin boundary are inferred. Boeing confirms the 302-seat 787-9's new Business interior includes full-flat/full-privacy modes, while RAM's product page supplies the screen/power/massage features. Monuments, exits, bassinets, wing limits and seat-level special positions are intentionally not asserted. Window positions remain unknown; this checkout has no 787-9 engineering grid in data/window-grids, so windowGridType is omitted.
