Current ET-ATQ family page publishes 30 Cloud Nine and 313 Economy seats, lists Audio and Video, and links the official cabin-plan image.

Official ET-ATQ cabin plan supports 2-2-2 Cloud Nine, 3-3-3 Economy, cabin breaks, partial rows, Door 3 monument, and aft taper.
The raster is only 425x842 and is not dimensionally scaled; tiny row labels and window alignment are not treated as published facts.

Delivery release explicitly publishes a 343-seat two-class A350-900 with 30 Business and 313 Economy seats.

Current Cloud Nine product page states that Cloud Nine uses 180-degree flat-bed seats.

Current corporate fleet page lists 22 operating A350-900s and separately gives a generic 30/318/348 capacity.
The generic 348-seat fleet-table value conflicts with the explicitly named ET-ATQ 343-seat family page, so it is not used for this file's capacity.
https://corporate.ethiopianairlines.com/AboutEthiopian/OurFleets ↗
Ethiopian's current ET-ATQ family page and Airbus's 2016 delivery release independently publish 30 Cloud Nine plus 313 Economy (343 total). The airline raster publishes the 2-2-2 / 3-3-3 geometry, two Economy sections, Door 3 monument, and aft taper, but its 425x842 resolution makes row labels too small to transcribe reliably. Therefore layoutProvenance is mixed and every cabin, row, and row-anchored monument is marked derived. Reconciliation: 30J = 5 rows x 6; 313Y = row 21 (4) + rows 22-40 (19 x 9) + row 41 (6) + rows 46-59 (14 x 9) + rows 60-61 (3 + 3). The repository has no A350-900 engineering window grid in this checkout, so aircraft.windowGridType is omitted and all window seats remain unknown. Ethiopian's generic current fleet table separately states 30J/318Y; it is not substituted for this explicitly named family map.
