Official standard A321neo seating chart: exact 12 Premium Business / 168 Economy counts and row grid, Extra Comfort and Preferred seat lists, dimensions, screen sizes, no-recline seats, row-60 side-wall-without-window markers and cabin monuments.
The top-down schematic proves the published row grid and explicit 60A/60K no-window markers; ordinary window alignment remains unknown. The map does not identify any Family Couch seats, so no couch assignment is made.

China Airlines publishes 12 Premium Business and 168 Economy seats = 180. The exact official grid has three full 2-2 Business rows 10-12 (12 seats) and 28 full 3-3 Economy rows 40-43 and 45-68 (168 seats). The map designates full rows 40, 49 and 50 as 18 Extra Comfort seats and full rows 41-43 and 45 as 24 Preferred seats; Extra Comfort is modeled as an N-tier seat type within Economy. The map marks all seats in rows 48 and 49 as non-reclining, identifies rows 49-50 as the two adjacent ACF exit rows, and marks 60A/60K as side-wall positions without windows. Other window positions remain unknown. STELIA identifies the customized ELYSIUM Premium Business hardware. The official A321neo map does not key any Family Couch or Skycouch-style rows, so none are invented or assigned.
