Fleet table lists current Air India A320neo layouts at 164 seats (8 Business / 24 Premium Economy / 132 Economy) and 180 all-Economy, plus 10 A321neo in a 188-seat layout (12 Business / 24 Premium Economy / 152 Economy).
The configuration table is labeled October 2025; the official June 2026 fleet sheet independently gives the same total counts of 94 A320neo and 10 A321neo but does not split configurations.

CURRENT CONFIGURATION: The current neutral Air India fleet table retains a 180-seat all-Economy A320neo layout alongside the 164-seat three-class layout; Air India’s official fleet sheet reports 94 A320neo as of 18 June 2026 and explicitly excludes Air India Express. PUBLISHED MAP: Vistara’s official all-Economy diagram for the aircraft transferred to Air India publishes 180 seats across 30 full 3-3 rows numbered 1-12 and 14-31, emergency-exit rows 12 and 14, a row-1 bulkhead, and map markings for limited/no recline at rows 11, 12 and 31. The source warns that exit-row numbers may differ by aircraft configuration, so representative is true even though the diagram and 180-seat count reconcile exactly. EXIT SEATS: rows 12 and 14 were sold through Vistara Select and are modeled as an extra-legroom zone, resolving to 12N/168Y within the published 180 Economy total. Seat dimensions were not printed on the archived airline map and are intentionally omitted. WINDOWS: exact alignment remains unknown; the variant-exact a320neo grid has no structural blanks.
