Fleet table lists current Air India A320neo layouts at 164 seats (8 Business / 24 Premium Economy / 132 Economy) and 180 all-Economy, plus 10 A321neo in a 188-seat layout (12 Business / 24 Premium Economy / 152 Economy).
The configuration table is labeled October 2025; the official June 2026 fleet sheet independently gives the same total counts of 94 A320neo and 10 A321neo but does not split configurations.

CURRENT CONFIGURATION: Air India completed conversion of all 27 legacy A320neo aircraft in October 2025, installing 216 Business, 648 Premium Economy and 3,564 Economy seats in aggregate (8J/24W/132Y per aircraft), alongside 14 new A320neo and former-Vistara aircraft with the same counts. CURRENT FLEET CHECK: Air India reports 94 A320neo as of 18 June 2026, explicitly excluding Air India Express; the current neutral fleet table retains only 164-seat and 180-seat A320neo layouts. PUBLISHED ROW GRID: Vistara’s official map for the transferred 164-seat aircraft publishes Business rows 1-2, Premium Economy rows 3-6, and Economy rows 7-12/14-29, with exits at 10-11 and limited/no-recline markings at row 9, row 10 and row 29. Air India publishes the same cabin counts for its new/refitted aircraft but no row diagram, so this file is representative across the shared 164-seat configuration and layoutProvenance is mixed. HARDWARE RANGE: new/refitted Air India units publish 40/32/28-29 in pitch and 7/4/4 in recline; former-Vistara units publish 41/33/29 in pitch and 7/4/3 in recline. The shared ranges are encoded where the schema supports them; Economy recline is described, not forced into one number. EXIT SEATS: the former-Vistara map sells rows 10-11 through its seat-selection product; these remain one Economy cabin with an extra-legroom zone and therefore resolve to 12N/120Y inside the airline’s published 132 Economy total. WINDOWS: exact alignment remains unknown; the variant-exact a320neo grid has no structural blanks.
