Current official 9C seat-selection page labels 180-seat and 186-seat A320 layouts and a 240-seat A321 layout; it defines the Premium, Comfort, Spacious and Standard seat zones, identifies the emergency-exit rows, and states that Spring uses fixed-pre-reclined seats.
The page is in Chinese; the claim and product names are translated here. It explicitly says the information applies only to 9C flights. It labels the diagrams A320/A321 rather than assigning ceo/neo engine variants.

Official current 240-seat A321 diagram shows full 3-3 rows except 28F, 29A, and all of row 41 except 41B/41C; it also shows the exit positions and rear lavatory symbols.
The diagram is labeled A321 on the seat-selection page; Spring's annual report assigns every current A321neo to 240 seats. Aircraft windows are not drawn.

The 2025 annual report says Spring ended 2025 with 134 A320-family aircraft: 12 A321neo aircraft all in 240-seat layouts, 47 A320neo and 75 A320ceo aircraft, with the A320 fleet split into 97 186-seat and 25 180-seat layouts; it also states that the airline uses one Economy cabin.
The report is in Chinese; the claim is translated here. Its A320 seat-count totals aggregate the ceo and neo subfleets, so the exact ceo split is reconstructed together with Spring's separate A320neo release and documented in config.notes.

CURRENT OFFICIAL CONFIG: Spring's current 9C page publishes the 240-seat A321 diagram, and its 2025 annual report says all 12 A321neos use 240 seats. The published row grid is full 3-3 except 28F, 29A, and all of row 41 except 41B/41C: 40 nominal rows × 6 seats, minus 28F and 29A, plus 41B/41C = 240. Rows 1-3 are Premium Seats with extra legroom, rows 4-17 are location-priced Comfort Seats, rows 18-19 and the five existing row-29 seats are Spacious Seats, and 30A is the sole Spacious Seat in otherwise-standard row 30. Rows 28, 29 and 41 are marked partial exactly as drawn. The annual report calls the physical cabin single Economy; cabinSummary nevertheless counts the sourced extra-legroom positions as N under SeatLink's canonical-tier grammar. The source page says Spring uses GEVEN PIUMA and PIUMA EVO seats and fixed 105°/114° pre-recline, but it does not assign a hardware generation or numeric pitch to this configuration, so no hardwareModel, degree value, pitch, or width is asserted. The exact a321neo window grid is bound; because the airline diagram does not draw windows, window positions remain unknown except non-window seats. Exit and rear-lavatory furniture are transcribed from the diagram; no wing band is asserted. Spring Japan (IJ) is excluded; all cited service-page content explicitly applies to 9C.
