Every measurement and claim on this page traces back to one of these. Last verified Jul 20, 2026.

  • RwandAirPRIMARY SOURCERetrieved Jul 20, 2026

RwandAir's delivery release identifies the A330-300 as triple class with capacity for 274 passengers.

The release supplies the total and cabin count but not the per-cabin split or row plan.

  • RwandAirPRIMARY SOURCERetrieved Jul 20, 2026

    The live fleet page lists one A330-300, two A330-200s, six 16 Business / 138 Economy 737-800NGs, two 12 Business / 162 Economy 737-800s (9XR-WU and 9XR-WT), and two 7 Business / 60 Economy Q400s; its CRJ900 and 737-700 blocks are HTML-commented out.

The A330 seat cells are internally misleading: the A330-300 cell collapses Premium Economy into 244 seats labeled Economy, while the A330-200 cell says 20 Business plus 244 Economy, which would exceed the independently published 244-seat total. Exact A330 cabin splits therefore come from the delivery and neutral fleet sources, not this cell.

  • Wikipedia contributorsINDEPENDENT SOURCERetrieved Jul 20, 2026

The RwandAir fleet table labeled September 2025 lists the A330-300 split as 30 Business, 21 Premium Economy and 223 Economy, totaling 274.

Used only for the A330-300 cabin split. The table predates or omits later 2025 fleet additions and is not used for current 737 counts or any row geometry.

  • RwandAirPRIMARY SOURCERetrieved Jul 20, 2026

RwandAir's live Business Class page publishes a 1-2-1 configuration, 111.76 cm pitch, full-flat bed seats, massage, personal work space and a personal screen at every seat.

The page describes RwandAir Business Class generically and supplies no aircraft-specific row numbers or cabin boundaries; the 1-2-1 product is applied only to the current long-haul A330 cabins.

  • RwandAirPRIMARY SOURCERetrieved Jul 20, 2026

RwandAir's live Premium Class page publishes a 2-3-2 configuration, 96.52 cm pitch, adjustable leg and foot rest, additional recline and personal AVOD screens on Airbus aircraft.

The page supplies no A330 row numbers, cabin boundaries or seat-map drawing.

  • RwandAirPRIMARY SOURCERetrieved Jul 20, 2026

The airline-hosted cabin photograph visibly shows the offset pod placement used to classify RwandAir's current 1-2-1 A330 Business geometry as staggered.

The photograph is product-level evidence only; it does not establish row count, row numbering, cabin boundaries or per-tail applicability.

  • AirbusPRIMARY SOURCERetrieved Jul 16, 2026

Airbus' A330 aircraft-characteristics document publishes representative eight-abreast Economy cabin geometry.

Manufacturer geometry supports the generic 2-4-2 Economy template only; it does not establish RwandAir row numbers, partial rows, monuments or seat hardware.

How this map was built

CURRENT CONFIG: RwandAir's live fleet page lists one A330-300 and its delivery release establishes a triple-class 274-seat total. The live card collapses the 21 Premium Economy seats into a 244-seat cell labeled Economy, so the neutral fleet table's 30J/21W/223Y split controls. COUNT-DERIVED GRID: seven full 1-2-1 Business rows plus a two-seat centre row, three full 2-3-2 Premium Economy rows, and twenty-seven full 2-4-2 Economy rows plus a seven-seat 2-3-2 taper reconcile the published totals. Every cabin and row is derived; all row numbers, boundaries and partial-row letters are synthetic placeholders. The airline photograph supports staggered Business geometry, but no RwandAir LOPA establishes exact pod alternation. Exits, monuments, wing bounds, bassinets, hardware models, Economy dimensions and seat-specific drawbacks are omitted. No exact A330-300 window grid exists, so windowGridType is omitted and window positions remain unknown.

What changed
