  • Republic Airways Holdings Inc. / SEC EDGARPRIMARY SOURCERetrieved Jul 18, 2026

Form 10-K reports 11 E170 and 46 E175 aircraft operating for Delta at December 31, 2025, with 69-76 seats, and records the Mesa merger as completed November 25, 2025.

The filing consolidates Republic Airways (YX) and Mesa Airlines after the completed November 25, 2025 merger. YX-specific United E175 fleet counts exclude the 60 aircraft expressly operated by Mesa under its new United CPA.

  • Delta Air LinesPRIMARY SOURCERetrieved Jul 18, 2026

Current official page identifies Republic Airways as operator and publishes 69 seats: 9 Delta First, 20 Delta Comfort and 40 Delta Main, plus pitch, width and amenity details.

This is the mainline Delta brand specification. Its accessibility armrest row ranges do not reconcile to the explicit cabin totals; explicit counts control and the reconstructed row blocks are marked derived.

How this map was built

Delta Air Lines, not Republic, owns the Delta Connection cabin specification; the DL brand token is therefore part of this config id. Delta explicitly publishes 9 Delta First, 20 Delta Comfort and 40 Delta Main seats. The exact five-row Comfort and ten-row Main blocks are reconstructed as contiguous 2-2 grids after three 1-2 First rows, and every row is marked derived. Delta's accessibility row ranges appear to describe movable armrests rather than reconciling to the published cabin totals; under AUTHORING section 5b, the explicit numeric accommodation table wins. Republic's 2025 Form 10-K reports 11 E170s operating for Delta at December 31, 2025. The November 25, 2025 Mesa merger does not add Delta aircraft. No E170 engineering window grid exists, so windowGridType is omitted and window alignment remains unknown.
