Qatar Airways operates 34 Airbus A350-900s and publishes two seat maps for the type, both 36 Business / 247 Economy = 283 (a QSuite version and a non-QSuite version).

Neutral fleet reference (raw wikitext). The per-airframe split between the QSuite-retrofitted and non-QSuite A350-900s is not published.

How this map was built

Qatar Airways A350-900 non-QSuite (original) config, 36 Business / 247 Economy = 283, READ from Qatar Airways' official 'A350-900 (non QSuite version)' seat-map PDF (PRIMARY, layoutProvenance published_map; A350-900_283_non_qsuite.pdf, retrieved as raw bytes via Wayback 20230608131547id_ because direct fetch is Akamai-blocked). This is the ORIGINAL A350-900 Business product (the type's launch cabin) and is a genuinely distinct current config from the Qsuite-retrofit layout (modeled separately as qr-359-283-qsuite, which supersedes this one): both are 36J/247Y=283 but the Business cabin differs entirely. The Wikipedia Qatar Airways fleet table (NEUTRAL) lists BOTH A350-900 seat maps as current for the 34-aircraft fleet; the per-airframe split between retrofitted and un-retrofitted aircraft is not published, so both stay published as a retrofit pair (status retrofit_source / retrofit_target). BUSINESS is a 1-2-1 forward-facing flat-bed in a reverse-herringbone cabin (columns A(window)/E/F(centre)/K(window)), in two cabins split by lavatories/a refreshment area after row 6: a forward cabin rows 1-6 (24 seats) and a rear mini-cabin rows 7-9 (12 seats). Every row is identical (no alternation) and every seat has direct aisle access; there is NO privacy door and the centre seats do not form a double bed (unlike Qsuite). ECONOMY is IDENTICAL to the Qsuite config's economy (same 3-3-3 grid, rows 16-44): row 16 bulkhead A,C/D,E,F/H,K (7); row 29 A,B,C/-/H,J,K (6, centre wheelchair lav/galley); row 30 bulkhead A,B,C/-/H,J,K (6, centre galley); row 44 last row centre-only D,E,F (3). Economy total reconciles exactly to the published 247 (front 7+108+6=121, rear 6+117+3=126). DIMENSIONS published on THIS PDF (sourced): Business 50 in pitch / 22 in width / 180-degree flat; Economy 31–32 in pitch / up to 18 in width / 6-degree recline. (Note: QR publishes slightly different economy width/recline text on the two A350-900 PDFs — this config uses the numbers printed on the non-QSuite PDF.) Screen sizes, Wi-Fi and in-seat power are NOT documented on the cited PDF and are omitted. windowAlignment left 'unknown' on window seats. No A350 window grid exists in the repo, so windowGridType is omitted. The reverse-herringbone geometry, door numbering and furniture row-alignment are interpretations of the schematic monuments; bassinet positions are offered fleet-wide but are not marked on this map.
