How this map was built

JAL publishes, on jal.co.jp (aircraft/conf/359), the per-cabin seat counts (12 First / 56 Class J / 323 Economy), per-class row ranges (First 1-2, Class J 5-12, Economy 20-61), the emergency-exit rows (1, 12, 45, 61), the emergency-exit-row seats (45ABC, 45HJK), the no-window seats (39A, 39K), the no-reclining seat (39K) and lavatory positions, plus a low-resolution published seat-map image. This 391-seat config keeps the same forward First Class (2-2-2, rows 1-2) and the front Class J block (rows 5-11, 56 seats) as the 369-seat X11 config, but ends Class J at Door 2 and extends Economy forward to row 20. Column layouts (First 2-2-2, Class J 2-4-2, Economy 3-3-3 A/B/C/D/E/G/H/J/K), cabin structure, special seats and the rear taper are READ from the published map; exact intermediate row numbers and the placement of the three reduced-width rows (Economy 20 = 6 seats at Door 2, Economy 60 = 6 seats at the rear-right lavatory, Economy 61 = 5 seats at the rear exit/lavatories) are DERIVED to reconcile the published per-cabin totals with the map. JAL lists the rear lavatory at "59 Row Right rear" for X12 (vs "60" for X11); the physical rear cabin is the same, so the reduced rear rows are modeled identically at 60/61 and this one-row labeling difference is noted. Recline degrees, exact wing box and window alignment are not published and are left unset/unknown.
