Sources

Every measurement and claim on this page traces back to one of these. Last verified Jul 18, 2026.

  • Gulf AirPRIMARY SOURCERetrieved Jul 18, 2026

Current fleet slide publishes 26 Falcon Gold seats at 80-90 in pitch and 256 Economy seats at 32 in pitch, plus seat, screen, power and Wi-Fi features.

The descriptive paragraph says 'up to 280 passengers', conflicting with the explicit 26 + 256 cabin counts and the 282 seats enumerated by the drawing. Explicit cabin fields and the diagram are used; the page also warns that products may vary by assigned aircraft and operations.

Official 787-9 seating-plan image supplies the complete 26J/256Y row/column grid, partial rows, cabin boundaries, exits, galleys and lavatories.

The drawing publishes the row/column grid, exits and monuments but does not identify registrations or prove individual window alignment.

How this map was built

Gulf Air's explicit cabin fields publish 26 Falcon Gold and 256 Economy seats, and its official drawing enumerates the same 282-seat grid: Falcon Gold rows 1-4 are full 2-2-2 staggered rows, row 5 has only 5D/5G, Economy rows 20-33 are full 3-3-3, row 40 has only the two side blocks, rows 41-53 are full, and tapered row 54 is 2-3-2. The page's descriptive copy separately says 'up to 280 passengers'; under AUTHORING section 5b the explicit cabin counts and enumerated drawing win, so provenance is mixed and the discrepancy is retained here. The page does not assign configurations to registrations and warns that displayed products may vary. No repository 787-9 engineering window grid exists, so windowGridType is omitted and every window position remains unknown.
