  • PT Citilink IndonesiaPRIMARY SOURCERetrieved Jul 18, 2026

Citilink's official fleet-and-seating page publishes an A320 capacity of 180, comprising 42 Green Zone and 138 Regular Zone seats, with 29-inch Green Zone, 38-inch exit-row and 28-inch Regular Zone pitch; it separately publishes a 70-seat ATR 72-600 at 30-inch pitch and 17.7-inch width.

The page's aggregate fleet count is stale and is not used. Direct requests were bot-blocked, so the snapshot is a focused rendered-text extract; the two airline-hosted diagrams exposed by the page are archived separately as original PNG bytes. Citilink prints 29 in alongside 76.33 cm for Green Zone, an internal unit mismatch, so the canonical value preserves the published inches and the note records the discrepancy.

Official seat-selection tables apply to all A320 routes and publish Green Zone rows 1, 2-5, 12 and 14 plus Regular Zone rows 6-31 excluding 12 and 14; the ATR table publishes emergency row 1, Regular Zone rows 2-15 and Green Zone rows 16-19.

Raw English HTML from Wayback capture 20231215204351 because the live origin was bot-blocked. Prices are historical and not modeled; the row-zone definitions are reconciled against the separately archived airline diagrams and counts.

Garuda Indonesia Group's 2025 Public Expose reports Citilink online in October 2025 with 27 A320-200s, two A320-200neos and two ATR 72-600s, while its Citilink widebody total fell from two A330-900neos in October 2024 to zero in October 2025.

The bilingual group disclosure is summarized in English. It reports online fleet counts, not seat layouts. Direct PDF retrieval returned a Cloudflare challenge, so the snapshot is a focused rendered-text extract.

Citilink's bilingual 2022 Annual Report records A330-900 phase-out in April 2022, four ATR 72 transfers from Garuda that year, and A330 wet-lease revenue from leasing the aircraft to Garuda for Hajj and Umrah operations.

Dated fleet-history evidence, translated/summarized in English; it is not used for current seat counts. The live PDF redirects away and the tested archive timestamp had no raw PDF, so the snapshot is a focused rendered-text extract.

How this map was built

Garuda Indonesia Group reports the A320-200 online at Citilink in October 2025. Citilink's current seating page publishes 180 A320 seats split into 42 Green Zone and 138 Regular Zone seats. Its official Green Zone table applies to all A320 routes and numbers Green Zone rows 1-5/12/14 and Regular Zone rows 6-31 excluding 12/14. Reconciliation to 180 requires the conventional omitted row 13, yielding 30 full 3-3 rows numbered 1-12 and 14-31. Because Citilink's archived airline diagram is explicitly titled A320-200 NEO rather than ceo, this ceo grid, row attributes and exit-door monument placement remain derived_from_counts; the neo drawing is deliberately not cited as a ceo published map. Citilink publishes 29-inch Green Zone, 38-inch exit-row and 28-inch Regular Zone pitch. The exact a320ceo engineering window grid is bound, but the airline sources do not draw window apertures, so alignments remain unknown unless the repository classifier applies a high-confidence structural blank. No 186-seat A320ceo configuration is modeled. No A330 file is created: Citilink's 2022 report records A330-900 phase-out and A330 wet lease to Garuda, while Garuda Group reports zero Citilink widebodies online in October 2025.
