Current R13 C909 ACAP describes a five-abreast 33.46 m aircraft, documents 68-, 78- and 90-seat basic layouts and a 97-seat all-Economy maximum, and publishes the 90-seat full-Economy interior arrangement with 18 2-3 rows, doors, galleys, lavatories and crew seats.
Manufacturer-generic planning arrangement, not a tail-specific Chengdu LOPA; it does not publish airline row/seat identifiers, pitch, width, recline, amenities or structural window alignment.

FLAGSHIP CONFIGURATION. COMAC's Chengdu-specific delivery release publishes a 90-seat all-Economy ARJ21 installation, and the current production list identifies the active Chengdu C909 subfleet as Y90. COMAC's R13 ACAP publishes the type-generic 90-seat full-Economy interior arrangement: 18 full five-abreast 2-3 rows, forward passenger/service doors with a forward lavatory and two galleys, an aft Type I emergency-exit pair immediately before the final two rows, and an aft lavatory/service area. The physical row grid and monuments therefore come from a published manufacturer plan. layoutProvenance remains mixed and representative because the drawing is not tail-specific and does not print airline seat identifiers: SeatRecon assigns sequential display rows 1-18 and the standard five-abreast A/C-D/E/F letters. Those labels are conventions, not claimed Chengdu numbering. The source does not publish pitch, width, hardware model, amenities, seat-level recline limits or window alignment, so they are omitted or unknown. No C909 engineering window grid exists in this checkout; windowGridType is intentionally omitted.
