Q400 Airport Planning Manual Figure 2-8 publishes the standard 74-seat interior as one forward side pair followed by eighteen full 2-2 rows.
Generic manufacturer standard interior, not a Biman LOPA. It supports only the exact-count physical row geometry; Biman row labels, booking letters, pitch, monuments and applicability remain derived or omitted.

Biman's official Dash 8 page lists five registrations and publishes 74 Economy seats for each; Biman's government History & Activities page (last updated 7 July 2025) independently retains five Dash 8-400s in the current fleet. Bombardier's Q400 Airport Planning Manual publishes an exact-count standard 74-seat drawing: one forward side pair plus eighteen full 2-2 rows (2 + 18 x 4 = 74). This representative grid combines the Biman counts with that manufacturer geometry. It is not a Biman LOPA: display rows 1-19, A/C-D/F booking letters, the side assigned to the partial first row, and per-tail physical identity are derived and every row/cabin is marked derived. The generic drawing's 31-inch pitch is not asserted for Biman. Exact Biman monuments, exits relative to rows, wing span, recline restrictions, hardware, dimensions and window alignment are not established and are omitted or left unknown. No Q400 window-grid file exists in this checkout.
