How this map was built

CURRENT OFFICIAL CONFIG DISCOVERED DURING VETTING: Bangkok Airways' public booking engine assigns A319 configuration PMV to future PG101 and publishes 138 Economy seats in 23 complete 3-3 rows numbered 1-12 and 14-24; display row 13 is omitted. Row 10 is the published exit row, rows 9-10 carry the restricted-recline characteristic, and rows 8-12/14 are marked over-wing. Row 1 and exit row 10 carry the leg-space characteristic, resolving to 12N/126Y in SeatLink while remaining one sold Economy cabin. The assignment hint did not list this current configuration, but primary booking data does. No A319-specific engineering window grid exists in data/window-grids, so windowGridType is omitted. Availability states are ignored.
